JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and some others were caught while they were committing theft of pen drop clip and wire. It is alleged that 20 pieces of pen drop clip and 5 pieces of wire were recovered from possession of the petitioner and his associates. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.03.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Moreover, the seizure list goes to show that the aforesaid recovery was made from joint possession. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur Saran at Chapra in connection with
