The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
From an orchard liquor loaded on a truck was recovered and motorcycle of the petitioner was also there. Hence, it was suspected that liquor was of the petitioner. The petitioner has got identical criminal cases against him. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54127 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhairav Sthan P.S. Case No.10 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
