ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muassil Mahadeva P.S. Case No.93 of 2015 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was case and counter case over the mapping of land belonging to both the parties which resulted in an altercation. Learned counsel draws the attention of the court to the FIR filed by the petitioner which goes to show that both parties had indulged in mar-pit.
Considering the afore-mentioned submissions and the fact that the occurrence had taken place on account of land dispute, the parties are agnates and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
