2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner no. 5 as he has been arrested.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner no. 5.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner no.4 also and now this application is restricted to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 only.

6. The petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 apprehends their arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

7. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

8. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are women and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against them.

9. Considering the fact that the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are women and there is general and omnibus allegations levelled against them, this application is allowed with regard to petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3.
