JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, some co-accused, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Although, it is stated that rupees eighty nine crores had been kept in the house of the petitioner but the impugned order of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge does not reflect any factum of recovery.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32595 of 2015 (3) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Sinha, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014.
