ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karande P.S. Case No.07 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation made against the accused persons and that the dispute has arisen out of theft of pulses from the field of the informant. Considering the omnibus nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that there is no criminal antecedents against him save and except the counter case, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27715 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sheikhpura, in connection with Karande P.S. Case No.07 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
