The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, all the six FIR named accused persons including petitioners assaulted the son of informant. The accused persons also snatched gold chain and cash of Rs. 2000/- from his possession.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and

Injuries have been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner no. 1 has go clean antecedent and one case is pending against petitioner no. 2.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
