The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 57 of 2011 registered under Sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact son of the informant committed suicide. Post mortem report reveals only one injury of strangulation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.27722 of 2017 (3) dt.24-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Mrs. Priti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 57 of 2011 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
