The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case no. 80 of 2015, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of one Niranjan Kumar @ Ranjan Kumar, who stated in his confessional statement about committing the offence of the present case in association of one Kamlesh Kumar and he only stated about the petitioner that he is his friend. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of
