The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation has been levelled against accused Laxman Yadav. Post mortem report suggests only one injury whereas allegation is of assault by many persons. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

No.28221 of 2017 (4) dt.24-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
