JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to constitute governing body as well as managing committee of the Chandeshwar Kantir Jha College, Harari, P.S. Rudrapur, District- Madhubani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary decision was taken by the college in the light of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16553 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 regulation for constitution of the managing committee and governing body but due to inaction on the part of the Bihar School Examination Board, managing committee and governing body has not been constituted as yet and the institution in question is running without governing body or managing committee since 2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision with regard to constitution of managing committee and governing body of the institution in question at the earliest preferably within a period three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Board is expected to hear all the stakeholders in the matter of taking decision for constitution of managing committee and governing body.
