The petitioners seek bail in Dinara P.S. Case No. 401/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 was added.

The petitioners are alleged to have ordered his brother Shivam Kumar to fire and kill Shrawan Kumar Singh. On such, Shivam Kumar fired from his gun at Shrawan Kumar Singh. During course of treatment, Shrawan Kumar Singh died. Petitioners are in jail since 26.03.2015. The occurrence took place on account of previous enmity.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29992 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Dinara P.S.
