The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Palasi P.S. Case No. 271/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner, Md. Mujahid and others came and snatched Rs. 35,000/- from his possession and also torn distribution list and assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that villagers went to the Headmaster to enquire about the nondistribution of uniform and money for bicycle amongst the student and for that the Headmaster lodged the case and alleged that petitioner is a veteran criminal. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

No.29328 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 271/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
