The petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar nature of this case.

2. I do not see any reason to reconsider the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is directed to apprise this Court as to what steps have been taken to procure the attendance of the petitioner till 30.11.2023.
