The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks direction to the respondents to settle 3 decimals of land in favour of the petitioner for construction of her house.
The State has filed counter affidavit and annexed Annexure-A series containing the order of settlement and Parcha issued in favour of the petitioner with regard to land of Khata No.1345, Khesra No.1653, area 3 decimals .
In this view of the fact that Parcha has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition has become
Patna High Court CWJC No.14037 of 2016 (2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 infructuous.
