JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 In view of the subsequent development the respondents have not proceeded against the petitioner either by lodging FIR or taking steps under the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that to that extent the writ petition has become infructuous. He further admits the position that respondents after accounting has released all the dues payable to the petitioner and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous.
