Two persons were caught with Indian fake counterfeit notes. The aforesaid persons disclosed this fact that it was the petitioner who handed over the aforesaid counterfeit notes to them and, thereafter, the house of the petitioner was raided and allegedly, Rs. 9,000/- fake counterfeit notes of Rs. 500/- denomination and Rs. 5500/- notes of Rs. 100/- denomination were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The investigation started but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except the aforesaid material, nothing came against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36307 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 notes was recovered and moreover, the co-accused, Wakil Roy and Daroga Roy on whose statements, the name of this petitioner surfaced in this case, have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 22-06-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16490 of 2015.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
