The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj (town) P.S. Case No. 209/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 153A, 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was singing a song which is alleged to have disturbed the communal harmony. The petitioner is in jail since 09.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (town) P.S.
