JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs for setting aside the transfer order of the petitioner dated 26.7.2023 passed by the Office of Central Reserve Police Force DTE-GEN Block No.1, CG0 Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi order No.411/2023-Estt-BRP2DA11-PER-DG.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13864 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/3 And it is further prayed for directing the respondents to investigate the case (A complain case of sexual harassment dated 24.5.2023) impartially and thereafter punish the accused person."

At the outset, the learned Additional Solicitor General, Union of India, Dr. Krishna Nandan Singh, appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner is not being sought to be transferred/shifted from Mokamaghat and she has merely been posted at the Coys of 232(Mahila) Bn., which is deployed at GC, CRPF, Mokamaghat, in view of her complaint. Thus, it is stated that there will be no physical dislocation/movement on her transfer. The learned A.S.G. has further submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner, before the Director General of Police, CRPF, which is annexed as Annexure-4 to the present writ petition, is also under consideration and shall be decided expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid assurance, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, taking note of the contentions put forth by the Ld. A.S.G.
