The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The daughter of the informant was married to the son of the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have instigated her son (the petitioner) in killing his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner about the demand of dowry and torture.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
