Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

135 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from a four wheeler. Petitioners were arrested from the vehicle. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
