JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhawanipur P. S. Case No. 189 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 of IPC.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against these petitioners and several other accused persons is of assaulting the informant, causing fracture on his hand and he became unconscious and also assaulting others.

No.54570 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are from the both sides and though the impugned order shows that injuries are of vital part and that does not disclose the nature of the injury.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P. S. Case No. 189 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
