The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant brought a case of theft against unknown. It transpired that theft was committed in many other houses. A.T.M. card and PAN card were recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner is in jail since 10.11.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than nine months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30261 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014.
