The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 409, 384, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have recommended the file for construction of Aanganbadi Kendra at a place where Aanganbadi Kendra has already been running and, on such, the petitioner got a cheque issued. It is submitted that the petitioner has not at all issued any cheque for construction of Aanganbadi Kendra.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that that the petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
