JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in the present case on confessional statement of co-accused on suspicion. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28177 of 2017(3) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Supaul in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
