JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2017 registered under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others enticed away minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the daughter of the informant are having in love relationship and it is a case of elopement, she has expressed her desire to marry with the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and according to the report of Medical Board, the girl is major.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28791 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2 / 2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
