The petitioner was on bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, but his bail bond was cancelled on 29.11.2004. The petitioner has surrendered before the court below on 15.2.2015.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for about eleven years and for that the petitioner is in jail for six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for six months, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2000.
