This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kanti Police Station Case No. 252 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that admittedly altercation took place between the parties but no injury sustained to the informant rather the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because a case being Kanti P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 has been lodged by the petitioner against the informant, which is evident from annexure-2. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27971 of 2017 (3) dt.20-09-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (west) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No. 252 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
