The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Guraru P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 304, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R., it is alleged that the petitioner, being doctor, has negligently treated and operated informant's wife and due to that, his wife died.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. In fact, during treatment, informant's wife became serious and ultimately, on way to Anugrah Medical College Hospital, Gaya, she died. It is further submitted that petitioner has never operated informant's wife. She was only given 'first aid'. It is also submitted that a

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
