The court is not inclined to grant time to the petitioner for the reasons stated herein below.

The learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier vide order dated 24.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49477 of 2021 his bail application was permitted to be withdrawn.

From perusal of the pleadings made in the bail application it would manifest that there is not even a whisper that what happened after 24.03.2022 in the present case, otherwise also the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner

Accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
