JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 The petitioner prays for compensation as her deceased husband namely Heera Lal Bhagat died on account of electrocution due to negligence of the Electricity Board. The facts of the case in short is that on 11.7.2011 while the petitioner's husband namely Heera Lal Bhagat, resident of village Nadaura, P.S. Kudhni, District Muzaffarpur crossing Khabra Railway Gumit through his bicycle at about 7.00-8.00 pm a live electric wire falls on his right leg due to which he fell down and got electrocuted. A U.D. Case No.7/11 dated 19.7.2011 was instituted, a copy of which is at Annexure-1. The post mortem was also done which all confirmed that the petitioner's husband died due to electrocution.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14894 of 2012 (3) dt.03-09-2015 On 5.8.2015 Mr. Vijay Kuamr, learned counsel sought four weeks time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner as Mr. K.N. Diwakar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has passed away.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move the Bihar State Human Rights Commission. Let a copy of this order along with a petition be forwarded to the Bihar State Human Rights Commission for needful.
