The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present allegation has been levelled only to insult and humiliate the petitioner and on account of dirty village politics. Considering the nature of allegations made in the FIR and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Ram Akwal Das, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
