JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is against the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board in the matter of grant of approval of services of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were validly appointed as Assistant Teacher in Sanatan Dharm Sanskrit Primary cum Middle School Arkpur (Aandar), District- Siwan. The service of the petitioners are required to be approved by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board since

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of approval of the services of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

After the approval of the services of the petitioners, the concerned respondents may pass appropriate order with regard to payment of salary.
