JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 By order dated 25.09.2019, while granting provisional pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, the case was referred to the Conciliation & Mediation Centre, Patna High Court. The learned Mediator has submitted his report dated 06.11.2019 wherein he has stated that despite best and sincere efforts mediation could not succeed due to rigidness of the opposite party no.2 as she is not ready to live with the petitioner except the nearby locality of her naihar.
