Earlier an order was passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51984 of 2023 on 17.08.2023.

In the petition itself, due to fault on the part of the petitioner no. 2, namely, Sanatan Maiti, the entire parentage and address of the petitioner no. 2 was wrongly mentioned as son of Shankar Mandal, Resident of Village- Khagaha, Police StationChandipur, District- Purvi Mednipur, West Bengal. As such the order dated 17.08.2023 stands modified to the following extent:

"Sanatan Maiti son of Pratap Maiti, Resident of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64452 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 Village- Khagaha, Police Station- Chandipur, District- Purba Mednipur, West Bengal."

The modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt thereof has to be submitted before the concerned Court at the time of execution of the bail bond.
