2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 dated 13.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(1), 109, 74 and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the FIR has been registered against twelve named accused persons including the petitioner but the petitioner is not alleged to be equipped with any kind of weapon at the time of commission of the alleged occurrence, though, as per prosecution, four persons are said to have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence but none of the injuries of the said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56202 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 injured has been specifically attributed to the petitioner and three co-accused persons, some of whom were allegedly carrying weapons at the time of alleged occurrence, have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40723 of 2025 and petitioner's case stands on better footing from them and he has been languishing in jail since 20.06.2025, having no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly petitioner's young age, his fair and clean antecedent and also, the fact that in the FIR there is no specific allegation against him, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025.
