Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that inadvertently it has been mentioned in prayer portion of original bail petition that, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in place of to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah. The same has been typed in the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27146/2019.

Learned counsel for petitioner is given liberty to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of original bail petition.

Accordingly, the order dated 31.07.2019 is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51976 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 to the extent that to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah be read in place of to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
