2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/341/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief as per the written application of the informant is that on 01.02.2024 with intention of marriage the petitioner abducted her girl and when the informant informing the family members of the petitioner about the occurrence then all of them assaulted and abused him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62677 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 victim did not support the prosecution case and in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has categorically stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- VI, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
