=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2017 The writ application filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 14th of May, 2012 with a direction to the Panchayat Secretary to make available the letter of the Board dated 27th of February, 2012 to the petitioner and if the petitioner finds that in fact the Board has reported his certificate as forged, liberty was given to the petitioner to avail the remedy. In pursuance of the said direction, a copy of said letter has been supplied, a copy of which has been attached with the show-cause as Annexure-B.
