2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 445 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 85, 80 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, who died due to complications arising from her pregnancy and after becoming pregnant, the victim initially got treatment at Kurji Holy Family Hospital, Patna and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56451 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 subsequently, due to complications in her pregnancy, she got treatment at Shivangi Nursing Home at Hajipur and in support of these treatment, sufficient documents have been filed with this petition as Annexures P/3 and P/4 and thereafter, the victim suddenly started bleeding profusely and finally, she died on the way to the hospital and her postmortem report's copy has been filed with this petition as Annexure- P/2, which clearly shows that she suffered some rupture to her internal organs and no external injury was found on her body and the medical evidence mentioned in the postmortem report clearly confirms the said fact of complications in her pregnancy.
4. After going through the postmortem report, learned APP appearing for the State accepts the said complications in the pregnancy of the deceased.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the cause of death of the deceased mentioned in her postmortem report, which supports the aforesaid submission of the petitioner that the death of the deceased occurred due to complications in her pregnancy, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
