Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chand P.S.Case No. 5 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the written report, allegation against this petitioner is of committing murder of father of the informant with fire arm. Learned counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail Case diary has been received. Learned APP after perusing the case diary has submitted that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15368 of 2018(4) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
