The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2019 in connection with Judawanpur P.S. Case No. 47/1988 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is of abuse of the privilege of bail granted to the petitioner earlier in connection with Judawanpur P.S. Case No. 47/1988. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled on 14.03.2018 for want of pairvi, but thereafter he was arrested on 08.07.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as and when required, he shall present himself before the Court.

No.56275 of 2019(4) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and undertakes to be present at all material times, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Session Judge II cum Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Judawanpur P.S. Case No. 47/1988.
