JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 15.06.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in Complaint Case No. 2538 - C of 2005 corresponding to trial no. 1693 of 2012, whereby cognizance of the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 452 of Indian Penal Code has been taken and the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20379 of 2013 (3) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
