The petitioner has filed this civil review petition to review the order dated 28.03.2014 passed in CWJC No.3137 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the petition for payment of salary during the period of his suspension from 30.05.2009 to 28.06.2010. Petitioner was suspended on account of ongoing criminal case pending against him. The suspension order of the petitioner ultimately revoked with a condition that payment of salary for the period of suspension shall be governed by the result of the criminal case. No.213 of 2014 (3) dt.05-09-2018 withdrawn but the petitioner may not be entitled to get salary during the period of his suspension till the disposal of criminal case but during the period of suspension the petitioner is entitled to get subsistence allowance as has also been allowed by the respondent-University. Therefore, I do not find any ground to review the order dated 28.03.2014 passed in CWJC No.3137 of 2014.
