The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 478 of 2016 arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60939 of 2018 vide order dated 01.11.2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail, the Court granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months, if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56522 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 period of nine months has already expired.
In view of the liberty granted to the petitioner by a Co-ordinate Bench of this case dated 01.11.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned F.T.C.-I, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No. 478 of 2016 arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
