Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate benches of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S.
