JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That present application is being filed by the petitioner before this Court for a direction/s to the concerned respondent/s to provide a pakka house under Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana, provided by the concerned respondent in the name of Late Savita Devi @ Sdabita Devi who is wife of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14624 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Patna, by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and a reasoned order shall be passed by the District Magistrate Patna, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
