The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 467, 471 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submitted his certificate for appointment but, during the course of enquiry, it transpired that the candidates, whose names appear at Sl. No. 1 to 9, were not qualified candidates for BETET. Name of the petitioner finds place at Sl. No. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner submitted his requisite papers on being declared successful for the BETET but no certificate of the petitioner was found forged. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30485 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri J. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Pipra P.S. Case No. 48/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
