The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexeure-2, it appears that there is case and counter case in between the parties. It is also submitted that for the alleged incident, F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of 10 days.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
