The petitioner seeks regular bail in Arwal P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 372, 373 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4,5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic prevention Act.

The informant made allegation that while she alongwith her friend Sony Kumari was standing near Patna Station, an unknown persons and an unknown female came across. They took

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31392 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 her to their house. Usha Devi and Anita Devi pursuaded her to indulge in flesh trade but she alongwith her friend escaped in the morning.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Anita has already been enlarged on bail. There is contradiction in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation, made against the petitioner and the fact that the co-accused has already been granted bail vide order dated 08.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11409 of 2014, as also the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2014, petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014.
